Pues recuerdo que desde pequeña, ayudaba a mi madre con la tarta de chocolate que hace para los cumpleaños, sobre todo la ayudaba a rebañar las ollas, porque lo que no mata engorda…
2) ¿Quien ha tenido mayor influencia en tu cocina?
Pues como no soy una profesional y tampoco tengo mucho tiempo de estudiar sobre el tema, fundamentalmente mi madre, que es muy buena cocinera y luego, me ha gustado de siempre mucho Arguiñano… ¿vale?
3) ¿Tienes alguna foto que evidencie tu precoz aficción por el mundo culinario y querrías compartirlo?
Pues aquí, a mano no, tal vez en casa de mis padres…
4) ¿Tienes alguna fobia culinaria, que te de autentico dolor de cabeza?
Comparto contigo lo del pelo, para mí es lo más desagradable que me puedo encontrar en un plato, por muy rica que sea la comida que me han puesto… ya no me entra igual.
5) ¿Cuales son los instrumentos de cocina que más valoras o usas y cuales los que menos?
Pues me gusta mucho el horno, puedes hacer cantidad de cosas, carne, pescado, postres…
Lo de los cuchillos desde luego que es importante y también me gustan mucho las cucharas y demás utensilios de madera… no sé por qué, pero me gusta cocinar con ellos.
Lo que no me gusta y tengo uno es el microondas, mucha gente hace infinidad de comidas, pero yo solamente lo uso para calentar la leche y el agua de las infusiones, poco más…
6) Nombra algún plato raro o extravagante que realmente te guste y que a nadie más le guste.
Pues no sé… platos raros, creo que aún no he llegado a ese punto de conocer cocinas de otros paises… Así que me gusta mucho las espinacas al horno con bechamel… Sencillo, ya me gustaría probar cosas más raras, pero el tiempo no me lo permite…
7) ¿Cuales son los tres platos o alimentos sin los que simplemente no querrías vivir?
No podría vivir sin el chocolate. UHmmmm, es que me encanta, me da igual de la forma que sea, yo también lo hago desaparecer… jeje
Otro… pues me gustan mucho las verduras en general, no podría pasar sin tomarlas…
Y como no, un buen jamón o marisco… jeje

Tu helado favorito: siempre el mismo, de chocolate. Es curioso, porque siempre que voy a una heladeria me lo pido de chocolate, en todo caso, para variar un poco, que la mitad sea de otro sabor, turrón… o algo así, pero el chocolate que no falte.
Algo que nunca comerías: sangre… juasss qué asco!!!
Tu plato propio; pues al final casi todos los platos tienen algo de uno… pero por decir… la tarta de chocolate que hago de galletas…
