Leguina define el Estatut como 'La fiesta de los locos'
El diputado socialista Joaquín Leguina definió hoy el proyecto de reforma del Estatuto de autonomía de Cataluña con el título de una de sus novelas: 'La fiesta de los locos' y aseguró que en este tema le "preocupa todo", incluido la posición del presidente del Gobierno, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, que recordó, es el secretario general del PSOE.
En declaraciones a Telemadrid, y preguntado sobre cuál de sus dos títulos, 'La fiesta de los locos' o 'Tu nombre envenena mis sueños', elegiría para definir el 'Estatut', Leguina contestó: "Más lo primero que lo segundo. No estoy en edad de que me envenene mis sueños ningún acto político".
Leguina se mostró crítico con el texto y ante las preguntas al respecto, bromeó con la propuesta de "comercializar unas camisetas que digan 'no me hable usted del Estatuto, please'". "Podíamos vender unos cuantos, millones, porque esto va para largo", indicó.
"Confusión mental" y "repelús"
A su juicio, la "confusión mental del redactor se ve" en el preámbulo del 'Estatut' "bien reflejada". Afirmó que su opinión sobre el texto es la de "un lector de las ciento y muchas páginas que tiene". "Un periodista conocido y muy apreciado y catalán, Josep Ramoneda, lo decía el otro día en un artículo, '¡esto da un repelús!'", comentó Leguina, que estimó que está escrito "desde la reticencia, desde el que quiere y tiene miedo". "No me gusta esa amplia literatura", zanjó.
Leguina comentó que el 'Estatut' tiene "cosas" muy "graciosas", como que declare "nación al valle de Arán" y no quiso hablar "del sistema fiscal". "Menos mal que a mi pueblo no lo han tocado todavía", ironizó. No obstante, y preguntado sobre si es un dislate de principio a fin, matizó: "No, hombre, de principio a fin no -señaló-. No es fácil, pero creo que esto se podrá enmendar desde el punto de vista jurídico".
El ex presidente de la Comunidad de Madrid resaltó también que las ocho fórmulas de las que ha hablado Rodríguez Zapatero son sólo para "la palabra nación" porque para el resto se necesitarán "bastantes más".

Dudó de que el presidente de la Junta de Extremadura, Juan Carlos Rodríguez Ibarra, y el ministro de Defensa, José Bono, hayan demostrado una fe ciega en el jefe del Ejecutivo. "¿Usted cree que han demostrado una fe ciega o han expresado una fe ciega"?, preguntó. De su parte, aseguró que él no la expresa porque no lo necesita y enfatizó que "casi todos los socialistas" están "preocupados" por este asunto.
Sobre si, además de la postura nacionalista catalana, le preocupa la del presidente del Gobierno, Leguina resaltó que le "preocupa todo". "Creo que este Gobierno iba a, como dicen los castizos, de cine y de pronto nos encontramos con este marrón, que nosotros mismos y este plural es claramente mayestático, nos hemos formado", indicó.
Así, aseguró que en la metodología, hubiera sido "mucho mejor procurar pactar con el Partido Popular". Dijo no saber si ha habido o no esfuerzos, pero señaló que "las pruebas no son buenas". Asimismo, apostó por cambiar el actual sistema electoral, que definió como un "desastre" porque cuando PP o PSOE no sacan mayoría absoluta, quedan "en manos de los nacionalistas", lo que cree es "un disparate".
