Aun estoy en proceso de recuperacion.

Sucede que la vida muchas veces nos tiene reservados algunos sacudones que inexorablemente te llevan a parar y a replantearte todo (o casi todo) de nuevo.
Es ahi cuando si o si debes buscar un balance, un equilibrio. Pero antes debes sanar heridas. Heridas que son propias y son ajenas.

La vida a veces nos pone contra las cuerdas, obligadonos a utilizar nuestros mas agudos reflejos para evitar el KO.
Nos hace reaccionar, despertar de nuestro largo letargo, quizas de la manera menos pensada, menos esperada y menos deseada tambien.
Nos golpea duro. Muy duro. Ahi, ahi donde mas nos duele.

Nos hace caer en nuestras propias trampas. Esas que habilmente tejimos durante tanto tiempo. Y llegamos a darnos cuenta de pronto que nuestro hermoso castillito de naipes se desplomo sin previo aviso.
Entonces se impone un parentesis. Una reflexion.

Hay que curarse. Hay que rearmarse.
En eso estoy.
El proceso no es facil. Pero se que lo necesito y que vale la pena.
Mi abuela, un mujer por cierto muy sabia, siempre decia: “lo que no te mata, te fortalece”.

Estoy bien. Y se que voy a estar mucho mejor.
Esta cancion me recuerda que asi va a ser.
