To TOD@S The PEOPLE And ORGANIZATIONS WHO FOUGHT BY MY FREEDOM.
I want to use this average one to arrive fast and directly at all the people and organizations who believed in my innocence and fought by my freedom, to thank for its support and solidarity to them. I mean to them that during the long time in which I remained imprisoned, I felt always accompanied because the manifestations of support never stopped. In the jail I underwent much, as much that nondesire for anybody the experience that I happened. I always said that I can die by the cause in which I create and that I will not move backwards in the clean fight, legal and disinterested that animates to me. I do not believe in the violence and I think that the work of education and formation of conscience is easier in La Paz than in the war. Thus it has been my conduct during every year which I take of life, for that reason I fled from the army and I moved away of my family when the persecution was cruel. I have always believed in the law and my fight has been to have a government who makes it respect, but my disappointment has been great in these months of jail because I see that they can plus the interests of the powerful ones that the respect to the law. I suffered during 10 months a nightmare. The jail that I suffered is a torture with damages that are not cured. My wife saw with preoccupation that when leaving the jail, I walked and I walked without wanting to stop to me, although the journalists interrogated to me. Very instinctively she loved I to move away to me of the jail more soon possible. Now still I am confused, I feel that nothing will be as before and my words do not reach me to explain to me. But no, nondesire that who accused falsely to me lives what I suffered. I do not hope either that the government compensates to repair me the damage. Better it wanted that the law reformed so that in cases like mine, they do not have to spend so many days, so many months so that the judge considers. The freedom is a right with which every one is born, and nonencounter so expensive reason so that the justice power of attorney so is taken and. Also pay to the prosecutors and the defendant, Who desire? The society does not create nor has confidence in the Judicial Power, and the civil society is not organized to watch and to know each case like mine so that the injustices stop. I will continue walking by the mountain range and preaching in favor of the human rights and to a healthy medio.ambiente.
